Don't Know How to Party is the third full-length album by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, which was released in 1993. It is their most heavy metal-influenced album. Don't Know How to Party was The Mighty Mighty Bosstones' major label debut on Mercury Records, their first venture away from their original label Taang! Records. 

The album reached #187 on the Billboard 200, and spawned several singles, including the Bosstones fan favorite—"Someday I Suppose" (#19 Billboard Modern Rock Tracks).

Let's Face It is an album by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones. It was released on March 11, 1997 by Mercury Records. This album sold very well due to the success of its single "The Impression That I Get", which reached #1 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart. 

Also faring well were the album's other two singles, "Royal Oil" (#22) and "The Rascal King" (#7). The album itself reached #27 on the Billboard 200 (the only Bosstones' album to crack the Top 50). The album has been certified platinum.

A Jackknife to a Swan is an album by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones. It was released on July 9, 2002 by SideOneDummy Records. This album marked the return of the Bosstones to an indie label, and was the last album released by the group before their four-year hiatus between 2003 and 2007. The Mighty Mighty Bosstones would not release their next studio album until Pin Points and Gin Joints seven years later in 2009.

Album title

The title A Jackknife to a Swan is a play on words, referring to both the elegant Olympic high dive and the theft of the famous metallic swan statues in Boston Common.

Reception

The album reached #131 on the Billboard 200, and #9 on the Top Independent Albums.

Pin Points and Gin Joints is the eighth studio album by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, which was released on December 8, 2009. It is their first album of all new material in seven years, since the release of A Jackknife to a Swan in 2002, the longest gap between albums in The Mighty Mighty Bosstones' career. Pin Points and Gin Jointswas produced by Ted Hutt, famous for working with other bands such as The Bouncing Souls, Flogging Molly, and The Gaslight Anthem. Recording and writing sessions for the album lasted from November 2008 to July 2009, making it the longest time The Mighty Mighty Bosstones have ever spent recording an album.

Background

Joe Gittleman described the band's approach to the album in an interview: "We really want to make a fun, upbeat record with a lot of cool ska stuff. Songs I look forward to playing at shows." Dicky Barrett added that the songs reflect his "skewed and slightly distorted look at our world and life in general."

The Bosstones announced that they were working on an album on November 4, 2008, via a MySpace blog with two songs, "The Impossible Dream" and "Next to Nothing" streaming on the page. The band announced the completion of tracking on July 29. On October 16, 2009, the band announced the album's title along with a free download of one the songs titled "Graffiti Worth Reading".
